High priority is given to representing only the best quality of products. We strive to make detailed accurate photographs and descriptions of all products. All photographs of products are believed to be true and correct but in the event of an error or misrepresentation we will return the clients money or replace the goods at no cost.

 Products are checked for quality and fault at several stages of the shopping process, including final pre shipping check.

Delivery Service:

 We offer a fast and accurate courier service in Moscow. Courier direct delivery is available daily from 11:00 until 20:00 and will normally take between 1 - 3 days, though the client may specify a later date as required. 

 EMS Post, DHL, FedEx and Russian Post service deliveries are sent immediately upon confirmation of payment. Delivery may take from 24hrs up to the standard times of the chosen service. Intashop does not accept responsibility for the time of delivery through these services.

Payment

 Intashop accepts payment in many forms; We choose RBK as our payment partner as they are well known across Russia and offer many payment options (via bank, creadit card, post office, terminal, internet transfer, Yandex, WebMoney and more).

If paying by electronic, bank or post office tranfer please keep your receipts. The time for intashop to receive transfered funds (especially with the Post Service) can be many days. As we send your order when we receive payment, this process may be speeded up (if possible) by E-mailing a scan or photograph of the payment receipt to client@intashop.ru quoting the order number and/ or your login name.

 We offer C.O.D. by EMS-Post for deliveries in Russia, all other postal or postal courier deliveries require prepayment in full.

Return of goods:

Following the Laws of the Russian Federation 'On Protection of Consumer Rights of 07.02.1992, N 2300-1.' 

You have the right to return products within 30 days from the date of purchase. Provided that the products were not used, are stored in their original packaging and with the receipt of purchase. Return delivery costs are paid by the buyer, in this situation. 

If within 30 days of purchase an explicit or implicit fault is discovered, Intashop will offer a replacement (where possible) or a refund, including shipping costs.

Though Intashop accepts liability for manufacturing faults, in the event of a question arising relating to the nature of a fault, independent professional experts will assess and decide.
